There are MLM companies that have good reputations, and then there are those that are not so good. The companies that have legitimate income potential for all of the consultants are those that offer a large variety of tangible products that are useful, well made and appeal to a large audience. A bad MLM company to work for is one that has no real, useful product to sell. The company’s only goal is to create a continued down line. Profit is made purely by recruiting new consultants and the only real earners are the very first consultants, usually the founders of the company.

There is no money to be made with a company who does not have a tangible product line. There are a number of direct sales companies with outstanding reputations. If sales are your niche and you like the idea of working independently, consider a direct sales company. Research the product line, the commission rates, and gather information on recruitment policies. There is money to be made with the right company.
